Charles Mctoy departed his life January 13,2010. Charles was born to A.T. Mctoy and Addie Helen Scruggs in Memphis,Tennessee.
Charles honorably served his Country in the United States Navy for thirteen years Charles was also a member of the Hiram Abiff Grand Lodge of Memphis,Tennessee. He truly be missed.
Charles leaves five daughters Charlena Little,Patricia Polk,Catherine Mctoy,Diane Lee,and Larnella Mctoy;one sister Helen Bates of Waukegan,Illinois fifteen grandchildren,ten great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.Charles was preceded in death his loving wife Mary, daughter Bernadine,and grandchildren Ronnie and Debra.
