Once created and activated, memorial pages are visible to all Virtual Heaven visitors. Memorials may be found by clicking on the "Search" function located on the home page. Each memorial page has its own unique web page address, which may be located at the bottom left hand corner of each memorial page. You may inform your family and friends about a memorial page by clicking on the "Tell Others" button located within each memorial page.

Memorial pages are created and updated by registered Virtual Heaven members. Anyone may create a free memorial page or choose from one of our individual packages. If you wish to create a beautiful memorial page now, click Create Heaven. If you wish to contact the administrator of a particular memorial page please read "How to contact the creator of a memorial page" in the FAQs below.

Memorial pages are created in just a few minutes. Click on the Create Heaven at the home page, register and create. Once registered you will be prompted to choose a memorial package which best fits your individual needs. Once you choose your memorial option you will follow a simple step-by-step creation process which allows for a quick memorial creation. Memorial pages may always be updated, edited or deleted in the future by accessing your "Administrative Panel".

A basic memorial page is free. As internet hosting and maintenance costs are significant, a small fee will apply if one of our advanced memorial packages is chosen. Please click Heavenly Choices to see our package cost and description.

Virtual Candles are a form of an internet candle which visitors may light on a memorial page. When lit, virtual candles, are added to the memorial page with a small message from the person lighting the candle. Virtual candles will be visible to all at the memorial page until they are deleted by the memorial administrator.

Candles may be lit by clicking on the "Light Candle" icon usually located at the upper left corner of each memorial page. Once clicked, users will select the type of candle they wish to light, and write a short message. Written messages should be a positive note of the person for whom the memorial was created. Once lit, candles and messages will be visible to all visitors until removed by the memorial administrator.

Along with other exciting functionalities, our Family and Friends function, is only included in our Extended Memorial Package. It allows visitors to become a part of the Family and Friends network on the viewed memorial page. While part of the Family and Friends network, the registered parties will receive automatic notifications with information about updates and changes to the selected memorial page.

In order to send a message to the memorial page administrator, click on the administrator's name located at the bottom right corner of each memorial page. The Administrator's name appears as such: ex. "This memorial page was created by: Amy Smith"

If you notice abuse in any form throughout the Virtual Heaven web page, please send an e-mail notification to: Abuse@VirtualHeaven.com Please be sure to provide us with the memorial page on which abuse has been spotted as well as other valuable information necessary to pinpoint the reported form of abuse.
