Death Is Just a Stage of Life

Letting a loved one go
Is never an easy task.
But setting their spirit free
Is just what our Father asks.

For when a loved one dies
An agreement has been reached,
Between their soul and God.
It's a promise that can't be breached.

Struggling to understand death
Is like wandering through a maze.
For death is just a part of life,
It's only another stage.

So we really shouldn't question
God's timing or His grace,
For when Jason left his Earthly bonds

He saw God’s smiling face.

What better place than Heaven
Could there possibly be
Then for Jason to be with God

For all eternity.

Jason Lee Pereyra

Jason was a beloved husband, father, son, grandson, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend.  He deeply loved his wife, his kids, and his family.

He was a wonderful father and took his job of teaching the boys how to become men very seriously.  Jason and Sara loved spending time together finding fun in the simple things demanded by a busy life with active, rambunctious boys.

Jason cherished his grandmother.  He loved the comfort of spending time with her.

He was a visionary.  He shared his mother’s love of new business ventures and spent countless hours in her office discussing new projects and new ideas.

Jason was caring, friendly and supportive to friends, family, and strangers alike.  He never met a stranger.  He was adventurous and loved motorcycles, jet skis, four wheelers and any other toys that he could get his hands on.  He loved playing video games with his boys, and sometimes, he even patiently waited for his turn to play.  He also learned to love Disney again, after his boys came along -- often joking that he was Disneys "bitch".

Jason had a wonderful and quirky sense of humor which he used to entertain his family and friends at every opportunity.  He viewed the world in a unique and humorous way.

Jason will be forever loved and greatly missed.…
