Tell others

Daddy we love you and miss you more than words could ever express.

Dad was diagnosed with melanoma cancer on Sept. 3rd 2009 and was given 4 to 6 weeks. He lived life as full as he could for 14 weeks. I didnt think there was much more he could teach me but I was wrong.  Dad was always teaching me to live life to the fullest and then he showed me how to die. He said that I was the strongest person he had ever known but the truth be told he was the strong one.

Dad is survived by his loving wife Henrietta, Me his daughter Tammy and his son John, 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and many more loved ones.

He was the biggest Gator fan and we watched every game together those last few months and durring the games he wasnt sick.  His cousin Bill got a message to the famous Tim Tebow trying to get him to call Dad. Well Tim didnt call him but he did send him a letter and a autographed picture of himself. Dad was so sick the day it arrived but that didnt matter, he smiled, laughed and cried. He was so happy that day.

I stayed with Dad from Sept 3rd till he passed away on Dec 11 2009 and some days were difficult but we also made a lot of good memories together. We cried together some but we laughed together alot, with the support of my family I was able to spend quality time with him and make beautiful memories that will stay with me forever.
